Delivery Policy

📦 Physical Products

We aim to process and ship all physical product orders within 2–4 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

  • If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us at hello@3dprintedstartup.com and we’ll help you resolve it.

💾 Digital Products

All digital products (e.g. downloads, guides, templates) are delivered immediately after purchase.

You’ll receive an email with a download link right after completing your order.
If you haven’t received your digital file within a few minutes:

🧠 Booked Strategy Calls & Digital Sessions

After purchasing a 1:1 session or other digital appointment, you will receive:

  1. A confirmation email with your selected time

  2. A Google Meet link for the call

If you haven’t received your confirmation or meeting link within 1 hour, please contact us.

Please be on time for your call. Missed or late sessions are not refundable (see our cancellation policy for details).
