Return & Refund Policy

Physical Products

We have a 30-day return policy for all physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Digital Products

All digital products (including downloads, templates, and guides) are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be granted.

If you have trouble accessing your digital product, please reach out to hello@3dprintedstartup.com and we’ll help you out.


Booking & Strategy Calls

Booked strategy calls and other 1:1 sessions are non-refundable once the time slot has been confirmed.

  • You may reschedule your call up to 24 hours in advance by contacting us at hello@3dprintedstartup.com.

  • Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As with our standard policy, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
